Mmm… baked banana “cake.” We used this recipe from The Vegan Stoner. It was so delicious!
I highly recommend it!
On a different note, I’ve been dairy free for just over two weeks. :)

Sometimes, I get the urge to explore — to pack my little yellow weekender bag and get on the road. Luckily, I married a man who is as equally spontaneous and full of wanderlust as I am.
